The Vendors in The Woodlands attachment includes contractors who have done work in The Woodlands. If you have a contractor you would like to add to the list please email Dave Prilutski at DavePrilut@gmail.com.
Those contractors who have a current certificate of insurance on file with the HOA are in the second attachment. These COI's are only valid for one year. After that a new COI is required.
The last attachment is the NV subcontractor list including instructions of who to call if you have a warranty issue
