Facilities Committee
Members of the Facilities Committee are responsible for recommending policies, procedures, and assisting management and the Board with oversight including maintenance of the tennis, bocce, and pickleball courts as well as the swimming pool and hot tub, and other features of the clubhouse such as exercise and entertainment equipment. A new Waiver of Liability has been approved for Suppliers that perform services on-site; it requires a homeowner to sponsor the supplier.
The clubhouse rules and regulations are now available for download in the Document Downloads section below.
A Guest Policy is in development; until then no homeowner room reservations will be approved .
