Facilities Committee
Members of the Facilities Committee are responsible for recommending policies, procedures, and assisting management and the Board with oversight including maintenance of the tennis, bocce, and pickleball courts as well as the swimming pool and hot tub, and other features of the clubhouse such as exercise and entertainment equipment. Reservations for the Tennis Court and Sun Room and Yoga room are now HOA approved for residents only. Guidelines are included with the forms. You can find the forms in the Document Downloads section below. Email your requests to Danella Management per the directions.
In preparation for the winter season, there will be upcoming changes to the courts/nets. As a reminder, Tennis court users will have priority via a court reservation form.
A Guest Policy is on hold pending full community occupancy.

A new Waiver of Liability has been approved for Suppliers that perform services on-site; it requires a homeowner to sponsor the supplier.
