Facilities Committee
Members of the Facilities Committee are responsible for recommending policies, procedures, and assisting management and the Board with oversight including maintenance of the tennis, bocce, and pickleball courts as well as the swimming pool and hot tub, and other features of the clubhouse such as exercise and entertainment equipment.
Clubhouse hours are 5:00am until 11:00pm daily. See document download section for specific facility usage details.

Welcome to our new community members – please familiarize yourself with the details on this page and specifically the Document Downloads section which includes clubhouse Rules and Regulations, Tennis Court Reservation and Guidelines, Yoga and Sun Room Rules and Reservation Request Form as well as Waivers that are required for Pool visitors, Caregivers and Event Suppliers. You will also find the 2024 Survey Results from those that provided feedback on facilities and usage.
It has been a busy and warm summer, and the pool has been well attended! We have purchased new furniture for the upstairs deck, so we no longer have to ‘borrow’ the pool tables and chairs. We also ordered another table and set of chairs for the pool to accommodate our growing community. For your awareness and planning purposes, the pool will be open through September.
Many inside projects have been completed and we’re working toward organizing our spaces as well as evaluating how best to accommodate daily use and scheduled events. We will communicate further updates here and in the newsletters.

Homeowners may reserve a room for themselves and other homeowners as long as it doesn’t conflict with other scheduled events.
