Facilities Committee
Members of the Facilities Committee are responsible for recommending policies, procedures, and assisting management and the Board with oversight including maintenance of the tennis, bocce, and pickleball courts as well as the swimming pool and hot tub, and other features of the clubhouse such as exercise and entertainment equipment.
Clubhouse hours are 5:00am until 11:00pm daily. See document download section for specific facility usage details.

Welcome to our new community members – please familiarize yourself with the details on this page and specifically the Document Downloads section which includes clubhouse Rules and Regulations, Tennis Court Reservation and Guidelines, Yoga and Sun Room Rules and Reservation Request Form as well as Waivers that are required for Pool visitors, Caregivers and Event Suppliers. You will also find the 2024 Survey Results from those that provided feedback on facilities and usage.
As part of our spring activities, we are continuing projects that were identified from the prior survey as well as 2024 projects that were put on hold in the fall. We are preparing for the summer season as well and will communicate more details soon in anticipation of our end of May pool opening (Saturday 5/24/25).

Homeowners may reserve a room for themselves and other homeowners as long as it doesn’t conflict with other scheduled events.
