Transition Committee

The Transition Committee is here to ensure that the transition to homeowner governance is as smooth and successful as possible! By partnering with the Board and homeowners we're focused on setting up the community for long-term success and giving everyone a voice in the process. Our focus includes:

  • Reviewing important documents, contracts, financials, and records to ensure everything is in order.
  • Supporting the transition process to ensure its smooth and efficient.
  • Evaluating contracts and vendors and recommending updates to enhance community services in collaboration with other committees.
  • Collecting feedback from homeowners to address community concerns and improve shared spaces.
  • Identifying any outstanding tasks or obligations from the developer or township that need attention.
  • Communicating findings to the Board and keeping homeowners informed throughout the process.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

We Want Your Input: Common Area Deficiency Forms

We’re currently gathering feedback from homeowners about any common areas that may need attention. Your input is crucial to help us improve our shared spaces and ensure we’re all enjoying the best possible environment.

How You Can Get Involved:

  • Fill out the Common Area Deficiency Form (form and easy-to-follow instructions included!)
  • Attend the Homeowner Sessions to stay informed and ask questions.
  • Volunteer to assist other Homeowners in collecting and reporting Common Area Deficiencies.

Resources for Homeowners:·
