Hi and welcome to the Woodlands Courts! Please review the following rules and tool settings (Skedda is our tool) to understand courts operations.

Rules:

• No weekend Pickleball reservations are allowed – open play only (reservations ok for Bocce, Tennis)
• Reservations are limited to 90 min (this is actually a tool setting)
• Reservation will be removed (deleted) or otherwise cancelled if a no-show after 15 minutes

Skedda Settings:

• Hours of availability 8am-8pm Sun-Sat
• Anyone can view the schedule, but only certain subcommittee members can book currently – see below*
• Users can change/cancel their booking any time before they begin and can end early while in progress
• Bookings can’t be made more than 6 days in advance (plus the current day)
• Notify users when an admin does something on their behalf

Court Reservation Requests:

Please email  the appropriate court subcommittee member the following:

Subject:  Court Reservation Request

Name: (requestor’s name)

Email: (requestor’s email)

Cell #: (requestor’s cell phone #)

Court Requested:  (Bocce, Pickleball 1 or 2, Tennis) [only one Bocce court is included in the tool]

Day Requested: (limited to within the next 7 days including today)

Time Requested: (between 8 am and 8 pm; duration limit 90 min)

(Pickleball 1 is closest to Sculthorpe, Pickleball 2 is closest to Aram)
