Interval -  This type of workout is built upon alternating short, high-intensity bursts of speed with slower, recovery phases throughout a single workout. 


Heart Rate - This type of workout allow you to set a goal of how fast you want your heart rate to be while exercising. It helps indicate the intensity you are working.  


Rolling Hills - This type of workout includes a gradual incline to simulate running up a hill and decline to simulate running down. Your body has to work harder to maintain the same pace than you would on flat ground. 


Fat Burn - This type of workout helps lose fat by burning calories.
