Rules Highlights - please refer to the Clubhouse Rules and Regulations (Pool section) for details including Pool Guest information and requirements.

• Pool and Hot Tub are open daily from Memorial Day weekend through September 30 from 8am to 8pm or dusk – whichever comes first. This time frame may be adjusted by management based upon weather or other conditions.
• The pool may be closed for weather, accidents or other maintenance purposes if needed.  Closures will be communicated via email.
• There is no lifeguard. Use at your own risk.
• Pool capacity is 25 people. Hot Tub capacity is 9 people.
• Recommended hot tub usage is no more than 20 minutes. Please turn off the hot tub timer when vacating and no longer in use.
• Use fobs to enter the pool and access locker rooms/bathrooms.  Keep gates closed.
• Pool floats, rafts and inner tubes are not permitted.
• Glass is not permitted; no food is permitted within 4 feet of the pool or hot tub.
• Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs, cigars and vaping).
• Appropriate swim attire is required at all times.
• Residents are responsible for clean up before leaving the area and returning noodles, tables, and chairs to their original location.
