Yoga in the Clubhouse

We are offering yoga classes weekly in the clubhouse on Mondays at 6 pm. Jess or Ron from Day Vibes (https://dayvibes.org/)  guides us through a 45-minute practice. All levels are welcome! The  instructor will adjust the class as needed and provide options for your  practice. Classes will be held downstairs primarily and outside when  weather permits. 
 

Classes cost $60 for 4 classes. You  only pay for the sessions you  attend. Pay in person via cash, check or  Venmo directly to the  instructor.  No signup required.
