Woodlands at Greystone Active Adult Community
The Events committee is responsible for planning, organizing and communicating all social events that occur within the Woodlands at Greystone Community, to which all Woodlands homeowners are invited. This includes social events both on and off premises. Onsite events may utilize the clubhouse and outdoor pools as well as tennis, bocce and pickleball courts. All onsite events are BYOB due to HOA liability. RSVP is required for all homeowners. If couples are attending, both parties need to RSVP for an accurate headcount. You may RSVP on Facebook Event or by emailing EventsWoodlands55@gmail.com.
The Events Committee welcomes suggestions for community events. If you have an idea for an event, please use this Google Form to submit a proposal at least 2 weeks in advance of the event. The Events Committee will respond within 48 hours. Here are the Event Planning & Implementation Guidelines to assist you.
